Ecommerce Business Analyst (Fr & En)

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

ECOMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST

to act as a functional expert for our client's eCommerce platforms, collecting business requirements and analysing them to produce Functional (or Configuration) specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Elicitation and analysis of business requirements to produce functional specifications
- Write the functional specifications and develop uses cases
- Fit/gap analysis when rolling out a new eCommerce solution in a Market
- PERFORM BUSINESS ANALYST FUNCTION ON PROJECTS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT BLUETOOTH APPLICATIONS ON MOBILES
- Test and validate proposed developments/improvements for the implementation by providing appropriate documentation, training and coaching
- Answer requests from users to provide support on incidents qualified as Level 3 during the aftercare phase

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Proven experience in Web solutions, eCommerce, Mobile with Retail experience if possible
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF BLUETOOTH PROTOCOL COMMUNICATION (Bluetooth advertising via mobile application)
- Business analysis/System analysis background (at least 2-3 years), including successful project delivery
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- Good communication skills in English & French (fluent)
- Mobility: the position may involve some international travel

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
