ECOMMERCE BUSINESS ANALYST (ATG, ENDECA, UI, USER JOURNEYS) - LILLE, NORTHERN FRANCE CONTRACT

eCommerce Business Analyst with strong Agile, UI and eCommerce experience (ATG or Endeca knowledge) for large scale E-commerce project experience. French language skills beneficial, but not essential.

INITIALLY FOR 3-6 MONTHS CONTRACT IN LILLE, NORTHERN FRANCE (NEAR CALAIS), LIKELY LONG TERM EXTENSIONS AVAILABLE.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- Proven previous working experience as a client facing eCommerce Business Analyst/Business Consultant
- Strong Retail domain experience
- ORACLE WEB COMMERCE (ATG), SEARCH OR ENDECA EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY LEADING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS WORKSHOPS IS ESSENTIAL
- You will translate an UI language into guidelines and patterns to be used and applied by other teams
- You will work with developers to wireframe and implement interfaces and help define UX/UI to meet and exceed user expectations.
- You understand UX and UI design
- You are comfortable talking to users, translating needs into concepts and user journeys
- You are experienced working with developers delivering UIs for complex desktop, tablet, mobile or native
- You have 3-4 years+ experience in UX and UI
- Candidate must be comfortable in challenging customer requirements in order to truly understand the underlying needs of the business and arrive at the best possible solution for the client
- Demonstrable experience in writing requirements specifications for Retail Information Systems. This includes producing the following:
- High level business requirements document
- Detailed functional design document
- Workflow/business process flow diagrams
- A proven track record in Software Development and end to end experience of the project life cycle
- Candidate must be an exceptionally clear communicator including facilitation, presentation and written skills and must have the ability to be pragmatic and drive strong scope management disciplines
- Experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and client expectation

Strong Agile experience for requirements gathering, analysis, design, EPiCs, JIRA or other story tool, Sprint Planning, Storypoint estimating, SCRUM process, groom backlog, show and tells etc. with strong retail eCommerce domain experience.
