ECOMMERCE ANALYST needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Seattle, WA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Building, maintaining and testing E-commerce websites
- Providing technical support for Customer Profile functionality
- Providing Quality Assurance support for User Acceptance Testing for major product go to market
- Utilize ticketing system to implement changes to E-commerce websites
- Implement changes to product catalog, pricelists, offers and promotions on customer websites
- Research, test, validate and analyze submitted website errors, defects and user experience (UX) issues for production support
- Participate in QA testing of new releases, system enhancements and hotfixes

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Understanding of eCommerce and Websites.
- Ability to analyze, research, communicate well.
- Ability to test and assist in various QA support activities.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Website testing
- UAT
- Technical Support experience
