Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major eCommerce company based near Lausanne is looking for a Digital A/B tester as part of a major on-going User Experience and Web Analytics project. As the testing & Personalisation Project Manager, you will be responsible for empowering the Conversion Optimisation mindset through Customer's Organisation, defining the related operational strategy and providing the Business & Technical capabilities to be deployed globally.

You will support transversely all eCommerce functions (Digital Analytics, eCommerce operations, UX etc..), all Communication functions across the company's different market locations.

Your key skill areas will be:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
- Manage multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously, under changing and challenging constraints.
- Oversee the global implementation of Oracle Maxymiser, Google Analytics and 3rd party campaign tagging.
- Contribute to documentation of new projects value/risk assessment and business cases

TESTING & PERSONALIZATION:
- Build Testing & Personalization operational Strategy, Roadmap and governance
- Build and support a Testing & Personalization Community across functions & Markets
- Design effective Testing & Personalization strategies, offering an enhance Experience to Visitors & Customers, to increase the Conversion Rate.
- Ensure a proper implementation and integration of the Testing tool within the IS/IT landscape (Digital platforms/DataLayer/Google Analytics)
- Setup a Testing HQ Competency Center to support HQ & Market initiatives
- Drive and assess the integration of UX/Behavior Analytics capabilities within the CRO Process through a Pilot
- Roll-Out Testing Capabilities on additional Markets

Communications and stakeholder management:

Develop Testing & Personalization policies, processes and procedures to maintain high data quality standards

Foster a collaborative mindset among champions, by promoting best practices contributed by the network

Solid experience in eCommerce is essential with experience of continuous improvement and A/B testing within a data-driven organisation.

Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
