ECM Tools Administrator

Projektbeschreibung
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Level 2 and 3 support for all SharePoint technical end user interactions
- Rudimentary level assessment (initial triage)
- Coordinate any response to an incident/request
- Efficient handling and timely close-out of assigned customer service request calls including escalation and reassignment of calls where relevant
- Provide hands on SharePoint functional training to users
- Monitor and review history of incidents and issues and develop resolutions to common problems
- After hours support where required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in an Information Technology/Information Management related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in support and administration of Information Management (IM) systems
- At least 3 years proven experience supporting and administering SharePoint
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and isolate system and user errors
- Proven experience in the functional side of IM content management
- Experience in development and delivery of user training and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and ability to present information and solutions in simple user-friendly (non-technical) manner
- Experience of governance and change management processes and tools highly desirable
- Previous exposure to the E&P industry desirable
- Good organisational, communication and teamwork skills
