ECM/ETL DESIGNER

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB:

Reinforce our customer's ECM Competence Centre team with technical development/Scripting skills.
Design/develop/test/deploy solutions based on Open Text Content Server and Open Text Integration Center (OTIC).
Execute OTIC Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes to migrate content between systems, in particular to support Legacy ERP decommissioning projects
Provide ECM/ETL technical expertise to Project Managers and Business Analysts.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

Experienced in large Content Server projects - Document Management, Records Management, Content Migration, Web Reports.
Experienced in large ETL projects - ideally using OTIC.
In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Document Management (taxonomy, categories, permissions, classifications).
Records Management (retention policies, content life cycle).
Data & Document Archiving

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Several years of experience with large Open Text Content Server platforms, OTIC content migrations and Web Reports.
SQL, ODBC, JavaScript, Jquery, XSLT, XML, CSS, HTML
Oracle
Open Text LLAPI and WebServices

OTHERS SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 5 years IT experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Open Text ECM Suite
Several years of experience of projects in an international environment
Fluent English is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal communicator, strong presentation skills.
Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements into system solutions.
Higher education completed, preferably with a relevant degree.
Culturally aware and adaptable to flexible business requirements.
Open minded and accepting of challenges.
