Our client is looking for a Senior/Enterprise ECM Document Management Architect to support the Global Architecture Team in analysing and selecting a Document Management solution for the Group. The solution will support all functional areas and be integrated with all strategic applications in the IT landscape like ERP, Middle Office, Web Applications and Custom applications.
Skills required:
7-10 years experience with market leading ECM - Document Management solutions like EMC, IBM, OpenText and Microsoft.
7-10 years experience with implementing Global Document Management solutions for companies of the same size or larger than the Group (70+ countries, 33000 employees).
Strong ability to understand Business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions
Align findings with internal stakeholders especially IM SDM and IM Production
Must be familiar with architecting and maintaining High Availability Configurations
Knowledge on legal, compliancy and regulatory implications of Document Management solutions.
Strong experience with multi-lingual, multi-country and multi-brand implementations
Further knowledge in OCR, Scanning and Digital signatures are of high value
Experience in an outsourcing context, Excellent communication skills in English, Very good writing in English skills, Ability to adapt to difficult and changing environments, Ability to deliver under time pressure and fix date deliveries, Important is that the person should not only be technically focused but equally business focused.
Deliverables:
Functional requirements gathering and documentation; Non-Functional requirements gathering and definition/documentation; Preparation of RFI/RFP like documentation; Organize Demos and workshops
Complete Architecture Analysis Document based on existing template; Create Reference Infrastructure Architecture blueprint;
End deliverable:
Final tool recommendation based on all activities and key Group criteria.
