ECM Consultant

Our client in Brussels is looking for an ECM CONSULTANT to help them to support and improve their ECM SYSTEM (DOCUMENTUM/KOFAX). The DOCUMENTUM CONSULTANT will work at our client in Brussels at least 12 months on a part time (50%) basis.

The ECM Consultant will:

- Get the responsibility to support and maintain our DOCUMENTUM INSTALLATION and make it evolve according to our client needs
- Design sound DOCUMENTUM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS according to functional and nonfunctional requirements delivered by functional analysts and Fluxys' information architecture guidelines, keeping a balance between functionality, cost and ease of maintenance
- Design the most appropriate Kofax set up according to functional and non-functional requirements delivered by functional analysts and Fluxys' information architecture guidelines
- Support the functional analysts in all matters related to functional solution definition (feasibility, implementation costs, impact on other related systems)
- Support the architects in all matters related to integration between systems
- Configure Documentum according to functional and non-functional specifications and develop appropriate Java components for Documentum (TBO) when relevant.
- Configure Kofax according to functional and non-functional specifications (scanning batches, KTM recognition patterns) and develop appropriate components (release scripts to EDM systems such as Documentum or Sharepoint, .NET and VB6)
- Perform Documentum diagnosis and issues solving
- Perform Documentum software upgrades
- Provide ICT operations with requirements for Documentum/Kofax monitoring and system performance enhancements

The ECM Consultant is/has:

- Experienced (at least 5 years) DOCUMENTUM CONSULTANT with the following skills:
- Deep technical knowledge of DOCUMENTUM 6.5 AND 7.1, including the following technologies: DQL, DFC, Documentum Façade Service, Webtop, Content Server, Process Builder, Composer, DRS, Retention Policies, TBO, Server Methods, ACL security, ADTS, SAP-Documentum connectors
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Kofax suite (Capture, Validation and KTM) including the integration aspects with Documentum and Sharepoint.
- Development experience with the following technologies: Java, J2EE, XML, Oracle, Web Services
- Sound knowledge of architectural principles.
- Some interaction with direct customers is involved
