My client has recently completed a number of significant upgrade projects, which have included implementation of a number of new human-safety related Process Safety Functions, and modification to a number of existing systems eg - Steam Turbine Overspeed
There is a requirement to review the information available for each Safety Function, and to implement a system whereby this information can be more easily located, but without fundamentally changing the existing Documentation and Drawings management systems on site.
