EC&I Design Engineer

One of my clients, a leading organisation based in Yorkshire, Have the opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer on a 12 month contract with a view to a 2 year extension for the successful candidate. My client is offering a very competitive package and will vary depending on experience

This role will involve being part of the Projects Team covering electrical design on various projects that my client has at the moment in FMCG, building services and Chemical plants they have,

The role will require the candidate to- -Being part of a team of design engineers and giving input on design and where there can be improvements in designs building services and other technical issues.
-reflecting the electrical design and specification agreed with the client and as cost effectively as possible.
-Making sure all designs are compliant with all regulations set Ensuring that all designs can be achieved within budget and time deadlines
-Detailing Electrical packages at design stage and ensuring everything is accurate and
-Liasing with clients
-Experience of designing circuit panels, control panel layouts and block diagrams
