EBD Special Education Needs Teacher - Salford

Capita are looking for inspirational, experienced EBD Special Education Needs Teachers to work in the Salford Area.

One of our EBD Schools is looking for a talented teacher who can motivate and inspire their children to value education. Driving is essential for this role, as you will be expected to drive the pupils to their appointments/residential homes/other schools.
The contract is until end of July 2014. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference, not just teaching the national curriculum, but making a difference to the lives of the pupils attending this school.

You will have:
* A relevant teaching qualification (preferably QTS)
* A caring, compassionate nature and be naturally empathetic to the needs of all children
* Experience of working within a Special EBD/SEBD school
* A firm but fair approach to classroom management, be able to set realistic but achievable behaviour targets and above all be able to provide the scaffolding for steady progress
* Experience of working with at risk pupils
