EAM Business Stakeholder Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced BUSINESS STAKEHOLDER MANAGER to act as the key contact between the ERP Program team and the EAM business teams. You will be responsible for managing business stakeholder expectations, co-ordinating availability of EAM business resources and ensuring the target solution design will meet business needs.

Your duties:

- Assist with the EAM Program plan, scope, objectives and approach as the basis for communicating Program messages and setting expectations with the business teams
- Ensure the appropriate level of SMEs across agencies are nominated and are actively engaged in participating in EAM Program activities and meeting deadlines for deliverables
- Work with EAM Business Process Owners to ensure requests for solution design decisions are being escalated
- Provide business input into EAM project design and implementation decisions
- Hold team meetings to ensure deliverables are on track and any risks and impacts identified
- Manage stakeholder engagement

Your background:

- SOME UNDERSTANDING OF Asset Management
- Demonstrated experience working on an integrated ERP system project representing business users
- Experience managing and working in a Matrix team environment with competing priorities
- Sound commercial expertise and operational experience in a range of functional areas
- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement within a large government multi-division organisation
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
