Salary starting from £35.000 per annum plus excellent benefits

As a Barclays Eagle Lab Manager, we'll look to you to manage the day-to-day operation of one or more Barclays Maker Spaces - known as Eagle Labs. It's a diverse, hands-on role, where you'll be ordering and maintaining advanced technical equipment, all while coordinating events, managing suppliers and engaging senior stakeholders from a wide range of areas. It's a brand new project where you'll be working with the latest technology to manage and run your own area within Barclays - so you'll have plenty of freedom to make projects happen your way.

As an Eagle Lab Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Planning, organising and implementing local, regional and national digital banking events
* Analysing management information to identify opportunities to improve our current strategies, equipment and user experience
* Collaborating with senior managers and suppliers to ensure we meet our ongoing digital strategy goals
* Introducing and bringing to life new technologies to deliver an excellent experience every time to our personal and corporate customers
* Coaching, mentoring and supporting less-experienced colleagues to develop both personally and professionally

As an Eagle Lab Manager, your skills and qualifications will include:
* Proven project management and delivery skills.
* An understanding of digital fabrication and technology with the ability to explain complex concepts to colleagues and customers from all areas
* A detailed and constantly evolving knowledge of emerging technologies, digital products and processes
* Proven problem solving skills, and a hands-on approach to managing, coaching and development
