E2E Service Designer (m/f)- Various Locations

We are currently looking to offer a managed service to our client in telecommunication industry and therefore looking for a E2E Service Designers (m/f) for Germany.

ROLE PURPOSE:

- Integration & Solution Designs incl. Infrastructure, DC Networks, Security and Applications where applicable for local market and group functions
- End to End Strategy and design for data centre integration and operation for Consumer, Enterprise and Payment Products for local markets, group functions and external customers
- Technology demand management, assessment & feasibility from all parts of group technology local markets
- Drive technical strategies and concepts to arrive at an aligned high level technical assessment as part of base lining the technical demand for all data centre related solutions and service
- Network Engineering to design and integration into complex local market and Legacy environments
- Security Assessment to allow an aligned security approval between local market and group security for the network integration

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

- Profound knowledge in the area of IT delivery projects from application integration point of view
- Experience in deployed of large scale IT services in multi-national environment
- Experience in managing 3rd parties vendors
- Strong knowledge of design, management of high complex IT services
- Deep understanding of operational procedures and process standards (eg ITIL) and the ability to apply and evaluate them for continuous improvements in the service.

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Fluent English
- IT Architecture and Cloud technologies background and experience in managing complex technology based on ITIL best practice processes
- Strong ability to understand goals which are cascaded through a hierarchy and work towards their prioritization and accomplishment in the department
- Experience and background in a complex business environment and working in multicultural teams with a strong focus on supplier management
