Projektbeschreibung

eTom specialist delivering the post launch process development, to either lead the initiative, delivering the full process development (managing the tasks of other team players as well as contributing to the development ) or a team member developing a suite of processes. Ideally the candidate will have experience of delivering eTom within the Commercial and Support areas.

minimum requirement is to have solid telecoms background as well as eTom certification to level 8, ideally 12.5, but this isn't a show stopper, good communicator and able to work closely within a team environment, as well as having an eye for detail.

good package including hotel, per diem, flybacks.

3 month initial contract, likely to extend.
