RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develops digital media assets with mobile frameworks and associated applications.
- Stays informed of current and upcoming technologies for digital marketing and social media.
- Will execute projects in a process-oriented environment with attention to detail.
- Handles multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
- Prioritizes work effectively.
- Translates the business process and its requirements into a business solution.
- Models the business process, reconciling the process and data models.
- Designs the application architecture.
- Provides business leadership to the developers on the project teams.
- Prepares strategic business requirements, uses accepted concepts, standards, SDLC methodologies, and toolsets; fully utilizes data and process modelling techniques along with workflow analysis techniques.
- Consults with customer and systems personnel to determine type of information to be processed.
- Devises data verification methods and standard systems procedures.
- Defines and analyzes needs and information requirements.
- Prepares charts, tables, and diagrams to assist in analysing problems, utilizing various business, scientific, engineering and mathematical techniques.
- Plans projects; estimates project requirements.
- Communicates well with customers at a level they understand.
- Develops in-depth understanding of business areas where existing or modernized programs could provide solutions.

SKILLS
The position requires knowledge of e-Marketing projects that span the entire breadth of digital media and additionally CRM, Conventions, Gamification, and SEO/SEM including web site and iPad applications. Requires broad technical expertise in digital media asset life cycle management and experience in, technical troubleshooting skills, a client-focused attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work well under hard deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent training or work experience is needed. Knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and web site analytics like Omniture, Discovery, is desirable. Knowledge and awareness of software quality validation is a plus.
