E-Mail Marketing Executive

E-MAIL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - E-MAIL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT - CHANGE - EXCEL - EXACT TARGET - RESPONSYS - INXMAIL - CRM

Our client, a Global Broadcasting Company, is looking for an E-Mail Marketing Executive/Campaign Manager to be responsible for all aspects of e-mail management, development and support for the business user community. The present user base is approximately 60 users generating more than 80 regular newsletter mailings using Inxmail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide e-mail marketing advice to complement a broader engagement strategy, including testing and targeting strategies and executional expertise
- Work with the project team to develop the potential of personalisation within the e-mail channel
- Monitoring ESP system performance, liaising with suppliers on contractual matters and billing reconciliation
- Working with the team and business stakeholders to understand new requirements for e-mail support and specify change requests to cost and prioritise changes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven experience in an E-Mail Marketing Campaign role with use of e-mail campaign management systems such as Inxmail, Responsys, Exact Target, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, including Excel, and an understanding of e-mail marketing and CRM
- Experience in forecasting and budgetary controls
- Highly developed organisational and planning skills - able to schedule an prioritise people and activities to meet operational deadlines
- Contributes creative ideas and helps translate them into practical plans
