E-Learning Project Manager

Role Summary:

Within the context of further AOW expansion in MEA and LAC, the Project Manager will contribute actively to the success of MasterCard by taking responsibility for managing effectively specific components of itse-Learning platform: Academy on the Web. This includes the update and upgrade of the existing eLearning modules, the development of new Live Events, and the ongoing enrichment of the offering in the Resource Center.

Major Accountabilities:

Working in close partnership with the MasterCard Academy Team and with the subject matter experts, the job holders role encompasses responsibilities include the following:
- Participate in the design,development and implementation, as well as the maintenance of AOW,including course content, interactive elements, online quizzes, and evaluations
- Support the establishment of AOWas a reference for remote learning in the payments industry
- Identify,prioritize and createlearning solutions that align with customer expectations and learning needs analysis
- Partner with business/technical/vendor team(s), internal and other external resources (Adobe, technical writer, etc) to ensure that specific training solutions and processes are designed and implemented effectively
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of content, language and images; following MasterCard Academy identity standards;implement other media elements as necessary
-Actas co-point of contact for some live events and follow-up with internal staff to ensure that trainers and learning material are adequately prepared, ensure confirmation of LiveEventtopic ownership and engagement by subject matter experts
-Identify and leverage learning material that can be leveraged further
-Support the creation, management,and maintenance of the Live Events schedule
- Oversee and increase the outputquality for each step of the design, development delivery of the Live Events and evolution of the eLearning suite and Resource Center
-Prepare, format and ensure consistency review of training material prior to each live event
-When requested, ensure smooth and effective operations of the Learning Management System (Adobe), and runit inpartnership with the LMS administrator

- Skilled in working collaboratively with SMEs across all levels of the organization to assess needs
-Ability to work independently,balance multiple tasks, build project plans, and execute project tasks on schedule. Ability to handle a wide variety of administrative duties,including project management tasks
-Outstanding organizational skills' attention to details
-Team Player, very good proficient in English (written and oral)
