E Learning Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager within the Center for Learning Innovation. In this role, the project manager will allocate resources, shape priorities and keep the project team focused on the right goal. This position will provide project management on efforts within the Company, other Districts and the Board of Governors, and external groups. Strong business acumen and analytical skills are necessary to ensure projects are delivered with the right scope, budget, and timeline. The project manager requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.

We are looking for a collaborative and highly organized individual with strong customer focus to provide leadership for small to medium projects and programs.

Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree Required
. 5+ years previous project management experience required; leadership experience preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered at a lower pay schedule.
. Strategic thinker who can command a meeting with executive presence
. Customer focus: skilled at establishing & maintaining organizational relationships with a diverse group of people
. Ability to use resources to problem-solve and troubleshoot
. Attention to detail, yet also a visionary †can connect the big picture to business results
. Perform as a flexible, dependable self-starter capable of gathering information quickly and applying it to projects
. Demonstrate a desire to succeed in a collaborative team environment
