E-Learning Designer - Visa Europe - Contract - 6 Weeks- £300 a day

E-learning designer with the ability to create E-learning modules and to generate content from SME knowledge and from existing classroom training material. The successful candidate will be designing and producing online learning content and will work with Subject Matter Experts and trainers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather content from SMEs and classroom training material and write storyboards

Design, develop and implement online solutions, taking into account instructional design and learning theories as well as the Visa brand guidelines.

Design content that will be easily updated to make it future-proof

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

3 years experience in E-learning design

Experience with rapid development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate
-

Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Experience with Learning and content management systems

Familiarity with SCORM compliance and HTML 5

Ability to work in isolation as well as in a team

Excellent project management skills

Excellent communication, consulting, and organisational skills

Ability to revise content from subject matter expert to develop an online course

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ideally some experience in the payment industry
