E-Learning Authoring Specialist for Multinational Institution in Copen

Projektbeschreibung
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN E-LEARNING AUTHORING SPECIALIST TO WORK AT OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN COPENHAGEN/DENMARK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with an Instructional Designer Consultant and a team of Subject Matter Experts
- Develop designed training material, job-aids and E-learning modules for an ERP software application (SAP)
- Support training materials using company styles, standards and development tools
- Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized
- Proof read and edit own work and work of others to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of material and documentation
DELIVERABLES:
- E-learning courses on SAP Supply Chain Management transactions: (approximately, 3 main modules & 12 sub-modules re. procurement - and 5/6 modules related to inventory management)
- Job Aids and support materials adapted to knowledge contexts (Concepts, Processes, Transactions, Reports - translated appropriately into video-clips, infographics, Quick Reference Guides, FAQ's, glossaries)
- Contribution to building in-house capacity in E-learning development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong skills and expertise in authoring E-learning courses using tools such as Articulate authoring software
- Demonstrated familiarity with Instructional Design and Courseware Development principles
- Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately
- Accomplished presentation skills, including development and delivery
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
- Work both independently and within a team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team
- Fluent in English
