E-Discovery Project Manager

I am looking to hire a E-Discovery Project Manager for one of my public sector client.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Extensive experience of managing projects in Government
Experience of developing business cases using the Five Case Model
Experience of Government procurement processes, in particular using OJEU
PRINCE2 practitioner

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
Working knowledge of HP Autonomy IDOL, Introspect or other e-discovery systems
Understanding of eDiscovery/eDisclosure processes
Experience of working in the legal sector
Experience of managing IT systems implementations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Manage the replacement of the Autonomy Introspect platform
- Establish working relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered in line with key standards and controls, and our approach will stand up to external scrutiny
- Ensure the project is managed and documented in line with our chosen methodology (PRINCE2) and relevant Government standards and controls, including those set out by GDS and the MPA
- Produce the business case using the Five Case Model
- In conjunction with Head of Commercial, design and manage the procurement process, in line with guidance from CCS and GDS
