E-commerce Operations Project Manager

We are looking for a E-COMMERCE PROJECT MANAGER.

For this contract position based in Lausanne in Switzerland our client is looking for a English and French speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible

The eCommerce Operations Project Manager is responsible to the successful deployment of key projects impacting ongoing eBusiness.

These projects range from new customer service online projects, renovation programs to improve market experience of the eBusiness platforms as well as regular monitoring activities associated with eBusiness.

Tasks description:

Ensure the integration of business needs in Internet developments by:

- Collecting market requests leading to future developments to be implemented,
- Detecting and promoting markets best practices regarding Internet consumer

relationship through markets

Ensure and coordinate the proper implementation of Internet cross-channel international strategy at market level by:

- Development of new value-added projects to ensure an eBusiness experience for our Club Members in line with the expectations of today.

Drive of eBusiness guidelines and KPI approach

- Assessment of current KPI measurements at HQ and markets.
- Assessing existing practices on Internet activity at market level,
- Recommendation of International eBusiness Guidelines in line with new organizational expectations.
- Elaboration, automation and automation of KPIs for eBusiness activities

Professional skills:

- Minimum 2 years experience in Internet/E-business activity
- Speaking and writing fluently English. Knowledge of French a plus
