Canon Europe's Consumer Imaging Group offers an exciting opportunity in our European e-Commerce team.

The e-Commerce Professional (Logistics & Customer Service) will manage stock for Canon's online stores, being first point of contact for shipping, returns, pricing, forecasting and demand planning. Work closely with the Customer Service team to support the 2nd-line resolution and escalation of customer contacts.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

* Manage the flow of goods between Canon and our fulfilment partner, to ensure the online stores always have the correct stock on hand in sufficient quantities to meet customer demand.
* Resolve any problems with the flow of stock from Canon to the fulfilment partner and from the fulfilment partner to the customer (consumer).
* Monitor and control handling and shipping costs for online sales and continually look for ways to improve the service to customers and the efficiency of our supply operation (e.g. new shipping methods)
* Manage the returns and refunds process to ensure that returned products are either repaired and returned or payments refunded to the customer in a timely manner. Propose and implement improvements to existing processes.
* Manage online product pricing, liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. Pricing & Profits, product management teams) to ensure correct pricing is applied and maintained throughout all stage of the product lifecycle.
* Work with the eCommerce team to forecast product demand based on factors such as seasonality and promotional activities. Work with the Demand Planning team to maintain sufficient stock at all times.
* Responsibility for invoicing process for stock supplied to and shipped by the fulfilment partner for online sales.
* Liaise with the Customer Service team, courier companies and fulfilment partner to resolve any problems in delivery to customer, products lost in transit, refunds not received, etc.
* Establish and maintain KPI reports to monitor the efficiency of Canon's online fulfilment and returns processes. Analyse results and propose improvements.
* Manage the sales of Canon refurbished products via 3rd-party etail channels, ensuring a consistent flow of product availability and analysing results to drive increased revenue

Required Skills and Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS
• Business or Marketing degree preferred but not essential.

LANGUAGES
• Business English, any other European language an advantage.

EXPERIENCE
• Significant experience in logistics and eCommerce
• Demonstrable understanding of the challenges presented by working in a pan-European market for the fulfilment of physical goods, particularly in relation to differing regional requirements
• Experience in the digital sector
• Comfortable working in the most agile of environments
• Experience of working within complex, multi product and customer environment Online, retail and Contact Centre
• Experience of online analytics will be a distinct advantage but not essential

• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to manage cross-functional relationships
• Excellent stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate insight to a non-technical audience

Salary - £28 - 34K + 15 % bonus
