E-commerce IT-project Manager and Functional Lead - Contract

General Objectives and Evaluation dimensions

- Make sure that the website is up and running 24/7 with proper monitoring, maintenance and internal procedures.
- Coordinate and report on the different activities such as releases that influence Front End and Back End behavior of the web portal and mobile platforms and this with all parties concerned.
- This concerns mainly partners like Delaware, B-IT/Ypto, BeneRail and Amadeus
- Lead, plan and report on the technical E-commerce migration towards Amadeus Railkit and making sure that this project is delivered in time, in budget and in scope as agreed with B-IT/Ypto and the business
- Take responsibility to follow the operational and investment budgets of the going concern closely and keep them under the estimations agreed upon in the budget file.
- Quality control and in depth validation of all functional requirements of the portal and mobile Front End platform developments
- Report towards business and IT management on budgets, planning, risks via regular Steerco's

Tasks and responsibilities

Coordinate all activities for the different portal releases:

- Make sure they are on time and that they are coordinated with the operational teams such as content, marketing, UAT, data etc
- Make sure they have the needed quality in terms of functional analysis, UAT deliveries and production deliveries
- Make sure they are within budget
- Assess all Change Requests within a release and coordinate the planning and prio's of the Change Requests together with the E-commerce Manager
- Make sure everybody is aware of the upgrades and their purpose: E-com team, data, UAT, contact center, B2B, .
- Coördinate the cross-divisional teams in order to have an optimal release and production delivery

Coordinate all activities releated to integration with third parties:

- Arrange the connectivity
- Arrange the authorization and authentification
- Follow up the different interfaces and the data exchanges.

Skills/Competencies

- Up to date knowledge of different data concepts
- Clear view of the different levels of responsibility in an ICT-architecture
- Ability to read, understand and comment on different visions and statements
- Strong Project Management Skills and usage of PM tools
- Strong functional and technical requirements review skills
