E-Business Development Team Leader

For one of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a :
E-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER
Responsabilities :
- Participate in elaboration of the yearly development roadmaps
- Drive and organize the onshore and offshore development teams efficiently to deliver releases according to the roadmaps
- Ensure the global quality of the deliverables and facilitate reliable and smooth interactions with other teams: solution designers, testers, operational teams, database administrators, project managers, business analysts, etc.
- Promote the usage of market best practices.
- Track pro-actively risks and planning/budget/scope deviations during the solution design and development phases
- Coordinate the development activities during the delivery phases: release management, support for the deployment/configuration teams, bug fixing and acceptance tests.
- Provide coaching and methodological support to the development teams and scrum masters
- Compute and maintain actively the overall development capacity according to the roadmaps' workload
- Participate in the recruitment of new resources
- Regularly meet, motivate and evaluate team members (including external consultants)
- Ensure that the Software Development life cycle defined by the Quality Assurance team and the Project Management Office is understood and applied by all the team members.
- Identify issues and improves the processes/tools using creative and pragmatic approaches
Skills :
- University degree with IT orientation
- Dynamism, flexibility
- Planning & Organization skills
- 5-10 years of experience as a development team leader or development project manager
- Proven experience in Internet and/or eCommerce development and technologies
- Experience with software development methodologies (waterfall and scrum/agile)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- English and French-speaking
