E-BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR - For one of our excellent clients, Based in Geneva, for a mission, we are currently looking for a:

E-business ADMINISTRATOR

Start date: ASAP.

YOUR MISSION

. Prepare technical support for managed E-business hosting services provided by the company including system administration of E-business technology components.

. Prepare technical support for managed Fusion Middleware (FMW) hosting services provided by the company, including system administration of different FMW technologies (the main modules are: OBIEE, OAM, ODI and OID).

. In case of emergencies, perform support (either on-site or remotely using VPN connectivity) outside normal working hours.

. Prepare secondary standby and on-call support as and when required.

. Provide telephone number where the consultant may be reached in case of emergency

. Perform support activities during maintenance windows

. Correction E-business related issues.

. Correction FMW related issues.

YOUR SKILLS

. Maintain and support the application technology stack (web Servers, applications Servers, database Servers, process schedulers, etc.) in E-business environments for the company clients.

. Perform routine production support activities and provide incident and problem management support

YOUR PROFILE

Excellent communication skills

. Knowledge in Noetix Views.

. Build new environments, perform code migrations, environment refreshes, application of patches

. Provide technical support for the ERP development team of the Partner Organization(s).

. Assist with Disaster Recovery tests.

. Perform routine production, support activities and provide incident and problem management support.

. Produce and maintain documentation as required.

. Implement project-type activities and other requests for services.

. Good will perform support activities during maintenance windows.
