E-beam Lithography Engineer

Eingestellt von Michael Bailey Associates - Eindhoven

Gesuchte Skills: Engineer, Client

Projektbeschreibung

The FUTURE is NOW!

Would you like an opportunity to contribute into development of the quantum technology and quantum computation? This is your chance!

For an awesome client of ours in the Computing industry we are looking for an E-BEAM LITHOGRAPHY ENGINEER.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 1 year

Location: South-Holland

Language: English

INTRODUCTION

Our clients research is focused on the development of new hybrid semiconductor-superconductor platforms to enable the application of Majorana bound states for topological quantum computing.

Material science and fabrication are the foundation and the enablers of qubit devices. They deal with complex stacks of different materials combined at the nanoscale and require state-of-the art metrology and in-depth morphological, structural and compositional analysis. Fabrication of qubit devices is a challenging, multi-step process pushing the boundaries of nanotechnology and nano-patterning techniques. You can play a key role in the development of their ground-breaking approach to quantum computing by helping to realize quantum devices with quality and control well beyond the current state of the art. Electron beam lithography is a "working horse" for producing quantum devices.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are searching for an experienced nano-lithography engineer to operate and maintain 50kV electron-beam lithography system and to develop new nano-patterning recipes for qubit production.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- 40 hr/week
- Develop high-yield, reproducible nano-patterning recipes and automated marker search routines for multi-layer patterning
- Monitor, control, and qualify the developed processes
- Perform preventive maintenance activities for the machine and keep in touch with manufacturer's service engineers (
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement, increase productivity through automatization, optimize tool availability and utilization
- Train new users and/or execute nano-lithography tasks for various users and projects
