E-Banking Lead Application Specialist

We are looking for an E-banking (electronic payments) IT specialist with deep and End to End expertise in the field. This is for a large world wide client of us!

Project description You will play a key role within the (GF SOM) E-banking support organisation. Its purpose is to "own" the design and integrity of a suite of third party applications - eBanking Hub and TRAX and its supporting infrastructure.

- Ownership of the design and integrity
- Monitor Application service performance according to SLA for the suite of applications
- Interface with other delivery teams (including suppliers) in the companies environments
- Interface with business (and banks and suppliers) Accountabilities; Run and Maintain - Change/Project Incident Management Problem Management & Change and Release Management Compliance and Assurance Application Lifecycle management.

Technical Skills and Experience:

- Able to translate business requirements into IT solutions and priorities, in project or change request, working with Business Analyst.
- Experience in implementation of and adherence to SOX and OCF controls
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, preferably ITIL certified.
- Be highly experienced in end-to-end interface and payment transaction design, data mapping development, transaction monitoring, solution development and operational support.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of EDI standards combined with a broad experience in EDI interface design, development and deployment.
- Have hands on experience with GXS Application Integrator mapping development tool and GXS Enterprise EDI Middleware platform, or similar software product.
- Be experienced in working with SAP and Application Integration development and first line support staff.
- How familiarity with SAP FI banking process and EDI related aspects.
- Preferably, have hands-on experience with SAP FI/EDI system configuration work.
- Be experienced operating within a Unix environment.
