Description: You will be fixing application Servers and Middleware troubleshooting with Dynatrace. This is a Back End systems engineer role using Dynatrace to troubleshoot and monitor. This is not an application performance testing role.
Required Experience:
- 2 years recent experience with Dynatrace on the operations side/Server Side/Back End
- 2 years recent experience monitoring sites and building dashboards (must be strong with building dashboards)
- 2 years Dynatrace administration experience troubleshooting Servers
- Able to look into the code to see the new features and functionality of the tool in the code
- Experience working with development team to figure out the best way to create thresholds and baselines
- Experience building transactions and measuring to collect data and create alerts
- Shell Scripting
- Well versed in UNIX/Linux and Windows Server environments
