Dynamics CRM Trainer

My client is a market leader within their chosen field of Financial Services. They are going through continued growth (well above industry standards) & extensive investment in IT, one area is implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM from the ground up, as such they are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM trainer to help embed Microsoft Dynamics CRM within the business, efficiently & effectively.

KEY SKILLS:

- You must have worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM extensively (expert level) as a Trainer
- You must have worked with the latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics ie CRM 11
- Personable, with excellent communication both written & verbal
- Integration experience is also a must, understanding from both a user therefore you must understand process and how to train both a process and process on a system
- You must have a good understanding of the logic of dynamics (if you need to ask what this means, you are of course not the right candidate, sorry)
