Dynamics CRM Systems Engineer - Finance

Leading financial organisation is seeking a Dynamics CRM Systems Engineer to join their global team responsible for building and delivering trade management, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Management Information System (MIS) and productivity tools for clients, salespeople and bankers. The department provides Microsoft Dynamics Programme Management and Delivery capability to all of the company. The successful applicant will be accountable for ensuring the system can be scaled to handle the increase of users (150 to 2000) and also accountable for arranging the migration of RG CRM to new infrastructure (in conjunction with architect). The ideal applicant would have the following: -Exceptional attention to detail -Proven delivery track record within a fast paced corporate environment -Excellent communication skills (i.e. confident, succinct, eloquent and clear) in documentation, via e-mails, telephone & in meetings -Strong problem solving and influencing skills. A can do attitude willingness to accept challenges and innovative approaches -Experience of Query management in the context of Client Relationship Management, within the Wholesale/Investment Banking environment -Experience in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for Query Management -Experience in creating, base-lining, and tracking against project plans -Experience modelling: data, process, events and objects -Experience working within a globally dispersed team -Experience facilitating client workshops / discussions. Data analysis / manipulation experience -Application experience.
