DYNAMICS CRM EXPERT FOR IMMEDIATE 10 DAYS CONTRACT IN BRUSSELS
My client, international ICT integrator is currently working on an important bid for a potential Dynamics CRM Project.
We need a Dynamics CRM expert in order to help the current team with the demo's set-up.
This an approx. 10 days contract starting immediately (on a full time or Part time basis depending on your availabilities:
The profile that we are looking for has to have skills in Dynamics CRM,
- Experience of setting up demo's in Dynamics CRM 2011
- Knowledge about the latest release Dynamics CRM 2013
- Has to be up to date with the new coming releases Microsoft is doing this quarter and next quarter(s)
o Dynamics Marketing (Mira release)
o Social Listening release (Subra release)
o Unified Service Desk (part of Leo release)
o Awareness on Parature
- The solution focuses heavily on the Front Office layer from a customer care (service) perspective. A lot of processes are triggered at the service desk, where for instance a customer calls the service agent to ask a question
- Knowledge on how CRM applies to Utilities sector. With this it means how their core processes interfere with CRM processes.
