Dynamics CRM Consultant - 3 Months+ (Daily Rate)

MS DYNAMICS CONSULTANT - CONTRACT ROLE (DAILY RATE - DUBLIN) 3 MONTHS INITIALLY

PROJECT

- Set up a CRM system and team to respond appropriately to customer enquiries
- Development of FAQs, processes, procedures, SLAs
- Development of an appropriate set of KPIs to monitor usage/performance within the system
- To define improvements, enhancements to the system based on current usage - examples would be improved workflows, level 1 and level 2 queues, KPI reports, response templates
- To train up an internal CRM manager and to manage a handover to that person.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years experience in a similar environment
- Third level qualification in a related field.
- Understanding of business, functional, non-functional, system and process requirements.
- Experience of business process development, improvement and optimisation

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

- Project Management accreditation, ie PMP
- Experience in managing a number of initiatives through a complete cycle
