Dynamics CRM Consultant

Our client, a prominent consultancy agency who are regarded as one of the best employees in Belgium, are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to begin work on a position in their offices in Diegham starting ASAP. They are seeking someone to begin a contract of at least six months with the possibility of extension but would also consider taking on candidates permanently for this vacancy.

You will be responsible for delivering solutions based on your expertise and implementing changes for our client's customers by optimizing their processes using Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Your job responsibilities will be very diverse and can include pre-sales support taking care of workshops, functional design, advise, implementation, development and training/coaching junior staff members.

You MUST have:

- A thorough knowledge of customer relationship management in general and preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM specific (3 to 5 years' experience)/proven experience as a CRM Consultant in one or more business sectors such as healthcare, industry, finance and utilities.
- Strongly communicate your creative thinking
- Experience in minimum, two of these CRM roles: Consultant, Architect, Analyst or Developer
- A customer-oriented and flexible attitude
- Preferably certified in one or more Microsoft Dynamics CRM domain
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, NET, Azure, SureStep or Resco Mobile CRM is a plus
