Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MSFT DYNAMICS CRM CONSULTANT to join our client in near Philadelphia, PA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client is searching for a MSFT Dynamics CRM Consultant with experience in the installation, customization and support of the CRM Online 2011 platform. This person will have experience in creating custom Entities, repurposing existing Entities, creating Views, Customizing Workflows, adding Users, basic maintenance, etc. for CRM Dynamics Online and OnPrem. 2007 to 2011 migration knowledge is preferred. Certification is preferred, but not required. Multiple projects on a local level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain a detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Tuo software application as well as relevant client business processes.
- Plan and facilitate required internal and external project meetings as directed by project scope Create use cases, user stories, or other models as appropriate to describe and document client business scenarios.
- Match client business requirements to Dynamics CRM.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with business analysis artifacts (Prioritization Matrix, ROI Model, etc.).
- Extremely proficient with MS Dynamics CRM font end and workflow configuration processes.
- Functional understanding of MS Dynamics CRM integration methods (Web services, BizTalk, etc.).
