CRM Project Manager - urgently needed Birmingham

Do you have previous experience of implementing a fresh CRM solution across the whole business?

If so my client are urgently looking for a highly experienced professional to report to Director level and be completely for managing and leading an exciting CRM Implementation Project over the forthcoming months.

You will need to be multi talented and well received as this is a highly visible position and you will be challenged on completing this CRM implementation successfully.

You key responsibilities will be:- -End to end project responsibilities coordinating activities across multiple teams.
-Prepare and maintain realistic project and quality plans.
-Provide guidance and support as required to ensure that the project team.
-Plan and co-ordinate multi-team investigations and support activities on the live systems to ensure successful resolution and service restoration.

Experience or exposure to any of the following would be beneficial but not essential: Silverlight, SharePoint, CWR, Microsoft Lync.
