Dynamics AX Technical Roles - What are you Looking for

Being that there's a million Dynamics AX "jobs" posted and it's beyond a challenge for me to connect to the best candidates, I'm writing hoping some people will reach out and talk to me about what they're looking for, so I can run by the positions I'm working on, or discuss which clients we've worked with in the past that might be a fit. I work exclusively on Dynamics AX, and all I do all day is talk to clients (and candidates) about their needs. I'm interested in working proactively to find top AX talent their next position or project.

I look for people with technical skillsets in Dynamics AX (X++ development, MorphX, SSRS, .net and SQL among others), People who can do customizations, upgrades, custom coding/programming etc. On the functional side of Dynamics AX, people who have several implementations or upgrades, under their belts and experience with some of the hotter modules (trade & logistics, finance, retail) are the ones I'd love to work with. Dynamics AX 2012 experience is a plus, but we've got clients on older versions of Dynamics AX as well who'd like that experience, so AX 2009 upgrades or implementations are great too.

I'm consultative, I listen, and I'd love to talk with anyone who's curious on making a move.
