Local Travel: This position is required to be at client sites in the Dallas area daily.

ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Dynamics AX Developer for a contract opportunity in Denton, TX. The Dynamics AX Developer will serve as a SME for Dynamics AX ERP technology and will be responsible for leading the development and support of the Dynamics AX into our client's current retail environment. The Dynamics AX Developer will participate in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting operating systems and software. The Dynamics AX Developer will work with leadership to revise and recommend changes to existing environment to enable current and future upgrade and implement and deploy AX modules. The Dynamics AX Developer will work with integration partners to improve services, conduct quality assurance and testing and analyze the performance of hardware and software interfaces.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in the following skill sets
    MS Dynamics AX  2009/2012 ERP Developer/Administration
o    Design/Implementation/Development/Integration
o    Upgrades/Quality Assurance/Testing
o    Dynamics AX  2009/2012 Security Systems Setup/Administration
    MS Dynamics 2009/2012 AX User Tools
o    MorphX IDE - Integrated Development Environment
o    X++ Development (v2009) /VS.NET 2010 through Visual Studio Plugin (v2012)
    SQL Server 2008 R2 Development
    TFS 2012 - Team Foundation Server (Code Deployment)

PREFERRED
    Dynamics AX External Components
o    Application Integration Framework (Web Services + BizTalk Adapter)
o    Enterprise Portal for Dynamics AX (built on SharePoint Services)
o    Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) Integration
    Microsoft Dynamics AX Certifications
