DWH TECHNICAL ANALYST- INSURANCE

Our client is a large IT outsourcing and services organisation with revenue more than $400 million and global presence. They are in need of DWH Technical Analyst with Insurance experience and technical knowledge with SAS. Please find the details below:

Objective of the job

The key missions of the data warehouse technical analyst are

Technical evolution

1. Technical definition of different data patrimonies

2. Documenting the platform

3. Definition of best practices and patterns to be applied in his/hers application context and documenting and maintaining them

4. The monitoring/control of the technical design (logical data, functionalities and controls) of the applications of his/hers business domain

5. Validating the deviations needed in the design and controlling they are documented

6. Ensuring the respect of the customer technical design standards and guiding the evolution of those standards

7. Framework and platform improvement and evolution proposals

8. Point of contact for hardware and software evolutions validations

9. Participation in Proof of concepts

Performance

1. Create reporting and process to monitor the platform performance and availability

2. Anticipate the decrease of performances using the created reports and propose solution to pro-actively avoid crisis situations

Support

1. Expert support (third line) to clients

Development

1. Development in the context of business projects

2. Development of our data platforms' framework

3. Language requirement

Along with English,.DutchANDFrench (one fluent the other one basic at least)

5. Level of education required

University Graduate or Professional bachelor

Ideally University graduate Master in information Science, Management or Industrial Engineer.
