DWH Business Analyst - Zurich - English & German Speaking

DWH BUSINESS ANALYST - ZURICH - ENGLISH & GERMAN SPEAKING

My client is a Market Leading Consultancy seeking a DWH Business Analyst to start immediately on a 6 month contract based in Zurich.

To support one of our teams in Zürich we're currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Req. Engineer with several years of experience gathered in the DWH environment. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and capable of taking ownership of tasks but is also aligned to the overall objectives of the team. Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment are highly desired.

DWH BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIRED SKILLS:

- University degree or equivalent or qualifying experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology
- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer in Data Warehouse environments
- Extensive experience in sourcing data from various source systems and managing the sourcing process into the DWH
- Experience in Data Quality and Meta Data Management
- Experience in data modelling
- Ability to write and read SQL queries
- Self-organized and structured approach to requirements engineering
- Ability to fit into a global team
- Very good communication skills in German and English are required
