DV CLEARED PROJECT MANAGER - GLOUCESTER

As a contractor, you will not only have previous experience delivering projects through their full life cycle from Cradle to grave, you will also hold current DV clearance and will be available to start work ASAP in the Gloucester area.

As a Project Manager, you will need to be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment where project planning and delivery is done reactively based on Customer requirements that are released for delivery within a set time frame and budget. As such, you will have experience in all aspects of the project life cycle and will be well versed in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to manage, deliver and report on progress in line with organisational policy and procedure.

AS A PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Current DV clearance is essential due to the timeframe requirements whereby you will be needed on site as soon as possible.
- Experience managing projects either in the commercial or public sector through their full life cycle following PRINCE2 methodologies, holding a PRINCE2 practitioner qualification.
- Experience ensuring that assigned projects achieve the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints while meeting the Customer's defined requirements.
- Experience ensuring appropriate communication is maintained with all stakeholders to create and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, project sponsors and Company stakeholders.
- Experience ensuring the delivery of assigned projects by appropriate adherence to Babcock Security standard project management methodology, APM and best practice within the project management profession.

AS A PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL IDEALLY HOLD THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience in advanced application of project management techniques
- A recognised project management qualification or membership such as: Member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM), APM Professional (IPMA Level D), APM Practitioner (IPMA Level C) or PRINCE2/Project Management Institute (PMI) equivalents.
- Risk Analysis and Management experience in an environment that follows PRAM methodology.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of projects within a highly secure environment that requires DV clearance in order to access the relevant information and systems involved. Therefore you will not only be an accomplished project manager but you will also hold current DV clearance and have a knowledge and understanding of the organisations that use this level of clearance.
