Projektbeschreibung
- Working with Line Manager to provide the Leadership and Management Team with professional administrative support as directed, which could include, but not be limited to arranging regular engagement meetings on their behalf, help with producing the internal Newsletter, compile and collate information for weekly and monthly reports.
- Facilitate and support the wider business by providing assistance in electronic data transfer, to and from the company and its customers as required, but taking overall ownership of issues raised by customers and liaising with the respective Heads of Service Delivery.
- Diary Management
- Capture and recording of information, including assembling reports.
- Keeping Line Manager up-to-date with current activities on a regular basis.
- Assist with company annual events, specific promotional events and annual surveys.
- To identify progress, resolve and report customers service issues, queries and tasks and to take ownership through to completion of all issues raised
- Assist with the Accolades & Complaints and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) & Request for Engineering Services (RES) reports.
- General administrative duties.
- Assist with general office duties.
- Ensure that all activities undertaken are in compliance with relevant processes.
- Cross training of other roles within the team to ensure a smooth handover during holidays/sickness and busy times
QUALIFICATIONSMS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
