DV Cleared Change Manager – 12 Month Contract – London

My Client, a leading global IT managed services provider requires 4 x DV security cleared Transformation Team Change Managers (TT CMs) to come in, drive and implement ICT facing business change initiatives within the business on behalf of the Change Leader and Project leads. They will be responsible for sourcing, providing and implementing best practice and industry standard examples of business change, ensuring the change processes and guidance remain current and as effective as possible. The right candidate has the knowledge and skill to provide the technical aspects of change planning and delivery, including: - Undertaking the development of business change strategies and business change planning in line with programme delivery plan and ICT governance milestones, and ensure that these plans are accurately entered and resourced - Working closely with IT teams and IPTLs to develop process changes as required, and implement lasting change - Engaging with the communication teams to plan an effective communication strategy for the required business change - Working with the rest of the transformation team and the TOM/Vision manager to ensure the business highlight reports are timely, accurate and agreed with all stakeholders prior to business meetings - Utilising agreed templates and business change policies Each TT CM will be selected for their individual experience and will be able to provide content, planning and delivery of change initiatives in areas to their ICT background. 12 Month Contract - Market Rate - London
