Business Deployment Manager (DV Clearance is mandatory)

Business Deployment Manager

The Business Deployment Manager is required to support the messaging systems team to deploy messaging changes and to take the business/ technical leads to deploy the other smaller corporate systems changes. The role requires detailed engagement, planning and management with the supplier delivery teams and with the live service support teams. The role is necessary to ensure all stakeholders can be assured that the business/ technical changes will be managed in a co-ordinated and logical manner, with appropriate levels of risk and with pre-agreed regression plans should there be need to back out of the changes at any point.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Work with the technical deployment manager to plan, manage and carry out change actions as per the Live Service change process to support these actions
* Work with the technical deployment manager to manage the live impact assessment processes and represent the project for business changes at change boards. Ensure business and technical deployment changes are complementary.
* Work with the business change teams to implement business changes to complement the technical deployment
* Work with the business change teams to provide guidance and any supplementary training materials, briefs, presentations etc.
* Own and manage business deployment issues wherever possible, escalating by exception
* Manage and prepare floorwalkers
* Work closely with the project and supplier business and change management teams
* Work in conjunction with the technical deployment manager
* Report to messaging systems project manager for messaging systems deployment and to the project manager for the other systems deployment

Qualification/ Experience required:

* Business change experience supporting systems deployments
* DV Clearance required
