Order:-

As a consultant interaction design you work on mapping the wishes and requirements of the users of digital products such as websites, digital forms and App's.
- you analyse needs and behaviour of (end) users through broad research, testing, data analysis and translates these in combination with business objectives-where possible in co-creation-to solutions for user-friendly interaction design
- you design the navigation (screen flows), the screens and you work on standardisation
- you create customer journeys, personas/user stories and prototypes, interaction designs and interfaces, and validate them with the target group for a product or service
- you draw up guidelines for usability studies
- you apply methods and techniques from service design, UX/CX, online design, information analysis, rapid prototyping and so on, and develop these further
- you advise on the best solutions for customer needs and
-Travel to analyse, and as simple and quickly as possible to achieve the desired outcome
- you build and maintain internal and external networks in the field of online communication, ICT, design, and innovation
- you ensure a consistent and optimal experience for citizens and businesses online, and work proactively on common standards, best practices and better cooperation to improve that experience
- you ensure proper implementation in collaboration with builders, product owners, designers and other parties involved in a scrum team and at one or more channels and make process and procedural agreements
- you proactively advise in the field of customer-oriented work and design, taking into account other areas of attention
- you work project-based on one or more multidisciplinary (scrum) teams of architects, (process) designers, designers and builders and your activities can vary from a one-off usability advice, giving quality requirements, carrying out usability tests in the UX laboratory to implement and supervise a user-centred design trajectory.

This assignment has been drawn up to make it possible to hire UX employees via hiring management at the IV chain. Until now, this was done on a sort of outsourcing basis via the Communication Department. UX employees are deployed to shape the interaction design with the digital forms of IV interaction. In the first instance, it is all about continuing the efforts of a UX employee, who has now been deployed via the Communication Directorate in IV interaction. "
