Dutch Speaking Tester

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Tester to join a prestigious client located in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year. Please note: This position will start from the beginning of January.

Our Client:-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.

Your New role:-

Task package:
A. Recurrent assignments
1. Betting budget reporting

- Analyzing data data and problem reports in order to be able to achieve accurate reporting
- Cognos reports draw on problem reports based on a number of set parameters and report on this
- Contribute to the execution of analyzes on personnel and financial data
- To be able to draw up updated salary budget reports on a standalone basis, in other words the preparation and follow-up of the personnel budget for various clients
- Providing financial reports from Orafin
- Perform tests in the development of financial and personnel related operational reports

2. Application management

- Prepare test cases for HR toolbox (web application consisting of calculation modules) and thoroughly test HR toolbox
- For standard HRM processes, make Selenium recordings for regression tests and document them. This for personnel system core and related applications such as CRM, time registration.
- Follow up and help to edit cases to correct persons (daily)

B. Periodic assignments
1. Processing of round questions

- Follow up index around
- Indicate which entities have or have not answered and which data have been processed
- Include information about late answers in index and follow-up
- Interim reporting on state of affairs (eg index must be up-to-date at the moment when reminders are sent)
- Manage answers and questions regarding. asking around in mailbox prefixes:
- Save and register attachments in index
- Moving mail within mailbox (>inbox answers or >inbox communication)
- Identify questions/reactions to the responsible person
- Processing the collected data to the target document (copying and pasting between multiple excels):
- Answer attachments mailing
- Reports/lists Cognos
- Any notes with data
- Control of the processed data:
- Double check copy and paste
- Deviating results in target document

- Perform regression tests
