Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Technical Writer to join a prestigious client based in Brussels, Belgium. This is a contract role with a duration of 5 months.
Our Client:-
The Ministry of the Flemish Community (MVG) was from January 1, 1983 to January 1, 2006 the official organization of the Government of Flanders, where the Flemish Government policy is implemented. The ministry was divided into departments were headed by a Secretary-General. The departments knew another subdivision in administrations. The administrations were led by a Director General.
YOUR NEW ROLE:-
Because a new release of the standard product makes a major change in look-and-feel on the one hand and some important functional extensions on the other hand, the necessary didactic material must be made available to the end user.
The didactic material consists of
- Dutch manual
- Videos (per profile)
Various information sessions should also be provided for the users. Because our users are both local and Flemish entities, a webinar must also be provided. One should also be able to master the functionalities of the package on an independent basis.
The Flemish government has a web application digital handwriting folder that allows users to easily sign documents based on their electronic identity card. The application is based on the underlying product SigningHub.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:-
Essential Skills:-
- Thorough knowledge in business writing to provide qualitative documentation.
- Thorough knowledge in structured preparation of documentation packages.
- Experience giving end-user information sessions.
- Thorough knowledge of eiD
- Thorough knowledge of SigningHub
