Dutch Speaking Technical Application Manager

Proteus Europe is searching for a Dutch speaking Technical Application Manager for a 3 month contract role located in Sittard, Netherlands.

1-1-2017 - 31-3-2017, for 5 days a week, with an option for extension. (This includes three days in the week of 12-16 December 2016 to walk along in the context of knowledge, these are costs of the contractor/unpaid.)

Your New role:-

- Picking and resolving 2nd line error messages
- Picking up and out (to) execute change requests in accordance with established procedures
- Participation in technical projects

Doelen:
Het betreft de volgende werkzaamheden:
- Het oppakken en oplossen van 2e lijn storingsmeldingen
- Het oppakken en uit (laten) voeren van wijzigingsverzoeken conform vastgestelde procedures
- Het participeren in technische projecten

Your Skills and experience:-

Essential Skills:-
- Experience with applications GWS4all + Suite and MDU
- Experience with application in a terminal server environment (Citrix)
- Experience with application in a Windows 2008/2012 server environment
- Experience with application management in an environment Oracle11
- Experience with application in combination with RES Worspace manager, MS Appv and AppVolumes
- Experience with call records in Topdesk

Desirable Skills:-
- Experience with the Secure Gateway Enable-U is a Plus
