Responsibilities:
- Level 3 desktop support
- Level 2 LAN support
- troubleshooting MS Office
- Support of PDA devices
Requirements
- Microsoft certification like MSCE or MCP
- Experience with web conferencing Systems
- Knowledge of project management tools like ITIL or TQM
- Native or fluent in Dutch
